Hi, I’m Kate.

I'm your tertiary-educated, business-minded, word-loving, well-travelled, leadership comms coach & support, with more than 25 years internal comms experience.

I can whip up a plan in a day, transform a slide pack, design up a storm, speak 2.5 languages (English, Spanish & enough French), cut through complexity in a single bound.

I move my hands a lot when I talk which means I sometimes knock things over… and I use words to get results.

My career passion and mission is to help execs elevate their impact in an authentic and far-reaching way, using the power of comms. I give you back time and energy by taking the comms mental load from your shoulders.

I’ve spent 25 years building my career in strategic leadership comms, across multiple industries, working alongside C-suite execs, global and group heads, global chairs, business unit leads, and programme managers.

  • I’ve lived in Paris, Sydney, and London, along with a 6-month sabbatical in SouIh America.

    Ive worked in Australia, the UK, and NZ, and across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

  • I’ve worked for/with large nationals and multi-nationals, two of the Big 4, complex finance and telco companies, global listed companies, boutique financial adviories, large IT departments, infrastructure companies, M&A firms, and a couple of agencies.
